Information You Choose to Provide
Search Terms
When a visitor enters a name, location, or other term into a search tool, that query is sent to the third-party provider operating the tool. Clarendon County Inmate Population does not keep its own database of those search terms.
Messages
If a visitor sends an email or contact message, the submitted name, address, email address, phone number, and message text may be kept long enough to respond, handle the request, and maintain ordinary business records. Those messages are not shared outside the organization unless a valid legal requirement applies.
